- boil the beets that I got from the farmer’s market
- workout – i’m thinking of doing 60 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. (I’m going to get a really bike someday and bike around town)
- record and upload a podcast for this week
- organize my closet after I finish laundry
- review my most recently read book on my review blog
- And oh yeah, celebrate my wedding anniversary!
